Terms and Conditions ~ Data Migration from Stratalink to Arcsite

1. 1. Acceptance of Transition: By authorising this transfer, the Building Manager or member of the Executive Committee signing this form agrees to transition the above-mentioned building and associated operation and maintenance data, photos, records and registers from Stratalink to Arcsite on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
   2. QR Code Production and Installation: As part of the transition, Arcsite will produce and fully install the essential QR codes in common areas of the building at no cost (value $560 + GST).
   3. Change of Mind: If, after accepting this offer, the building owners choose not to proceed with the QR code installation, the cost of production ($560 + GST) must be paid by the building owners.
   4. Non-Transfer of Service: In the event the transition is not approved, the Executive Committee will be provided with 20 days notice period to access Arcsite to allow download of all building folders, data, and maintenance planning schedules and reminders before access to the building’s information is permanently closed.
   5. Data Continuity and Access: During the transition period, all existing data from Stratalink will be seamlessly migrated to Arcsite, ensuring continuity and easy access to historical building information.
   6. Support and Training: We will provide necessary support and training to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of the Arcsite platform.
   7. Renewal Terms: Following QR code installation and subsequent trial period which commences on the day of installation, Arcsite will offer identical renewal terms as per the client's original Stratalink proposal, regardless of changes to fee structure for new Owners Corporations in the Territory.
   8. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: Our group has read and accepts the Terms & Conditions outlined above and in the Arcsite Transition Offer letter addressed to the Executive Committee of this building.
