Acknowledgement of terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: Our group has read and accepts the Terms & Conditions outlined in the Arcsite Renewal Proposal letter addressed to the Executive Committee of this building.
2. We understand that upon acceptance of this proposal, we will be issued with an invoice, and payment will be due within 14 days.
3. If choosing not to renew, we acknowledge that all building data must be extracted by our Group within 30 days. Arcsite Pty Limited will securely archive building data for 90 days post-termination; after this period, all data will be permanently deleted unless a written request for an extension is made and approved. To avoid the risk of losing valuable historical records, we strongly encourage maintaining access to Arcsite’s comprehensive data management system.
