In the case of insulation assessments, we will likely be required to inspect all top floor units where a manhole exists inside the unit. This will mean contact details for every resident that needs to provide access. Alternatively, permission to be escorted by the Building Manager using a master key on an agreed date and time will significantly reduce costs and delays associated with undertaking a complete roof cavity inspection.
Following receipt of your work order we will supply a formal quotation that requires a quick digital sign off for our records. In the mean time we will commence arrangements for your inspection/s.
