1. 1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: Our group has read and accepts the Terms & Conditions outlined in the Arcsite Proposal letter addressed to the Executive Committee of this building.
   2. I understand that following proposal acceptance, the Arcsite Team will commence onboarding which will include consultation with the EC and our Building Manager, a site visit to quantify common area assets and installation of QR codes. This process will commence approximately 2 weeks after form submission.
