In the case of insulation assessments, we will likely be required to inspect all top floor units where a manhole exists inside the unit. This will mean contact details for every resident that needs to provide access. Alternatively, permission to be escorted by the Building Manager using a master key on an agreed date and time will significantly reduce costs and delays associated with undertaking a complete roof cavity inspection.
The Owners Corporation has accepted the quoted work order as outlined and confirm that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms, conditions, and payment of fees specified in the Arcsite proposal.
On behalf of the Owners Corporation and Executive Committee for the above-mentioned building, I am authorised to make directions on behalf of the Owners Corporation and sign this form.
